Cook It Raw is launching its Chefs-in-Residence program at the Socialist Hotel.

Cook it Raw has partnered with the Socialist, a new boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Copenhagen, to launch a new Chef-in-Residence program. 

With a new focus on mentorship and education, the celebrated chefs gathering is inviting up-and-coming culinary talents to apply for a chance to collaborate with founder and director, Alessandro Porcelli and showcase their creativity to Copenhagen’s most discerning diners. 

Emerging chefs will be able to apply for the Chef-in-Residence program starting December 1, 2022. Watch this space.
